Most of the people I work with did not find me through an ad. Someone they trust gave them my name.
By the time we talk, you have usually already heard a little about how I work. This is the rest of it, in my own words.
Deep Roots in Northern Virginia Real Estate
I have been helping buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia since 2005, focusing primarily on Reston, Herndon, Oakton, Fairfax, Vienna, McLean, Great Falls, Arlington, Alexandria, eastern Loudoun County, and northwestern Prince William County.
Rather than spreading myself across a broad region, I have spent two decades working in these specific communities. That experience has shown me how local markets respond to changing interest rates, inventory shifts, economic cycles, and buyer behavior over time.
When I advise a client on pricing, marketing, timing, or negotiations, it comes from years of watching these neighborhoods evolve, not from a generic market formula.
A Data-Driven Approach to Every Decision
Before real estate, I worked in consulting with firms including KPMG, PwC, and Accenture. That analytical background still shapes how I approach every transaction today.
Whether we are determining a list price, evaluating competing offers, or navigating inspection negotiations, I focus on data, market evidence, and strategy. Emotions naturally play a role in real estate, but the choices that matter most are best supported by facts.
My goal is to help clients make confident decisions based on information rather than uncertainty.
You Work Directly With Me
I intentionally do not have a large team. When you hire me, you work directly with me throughout the entire process.
The person who visits your home is the same person who develops the pricing strategy, coordinates the marketing plan, negotiates the contract, and answers your calls and emails.
There are talented teams in our industry, but many clients appreciate knowing exactly who is accountable from start to finish. For me, that consistency matters.
A Referral-Based Business Changes Everything
Nearly all of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients. That creates a very different incentive structure.
I am not focused on generating the next lead. I am focused on creating an experience that earns long-term trust.
My next client often comes from someone I worked with years ago. Because of that, every relationship matters well beyond the transaction itself.
The goal is never simply to help someone buy or sell a home. The goal is to become a trusted resource they feel comfortable recommending to friends, family members, coworkers, and neighbors.
Helping Relocating Buyers Feel at Home
Having lived internationally and relocated myself, I understand how overwhelming a move can feel when you are unfamiliar with the area.
For relocation clients, choosing a community often feels just as important as choosing a home. I help clients understand the differences between Northern Virginia neighborhoods, evaluate commute considerations, compare lifestyle options, and make informed decisions even before arriving in the area.
Sometimes what people need most is not a list of homes. It is local context and guidance.
What It All Adds Up To
My approach is built on a few simple principles:
Deep local expertise in Northern Virginia communities
Data-driven advice and strategic decision-making
Direct communication and personal accountability
A referral-based business built on long-term relationships
Empathy for both local and relocating buyers and sellers
If someone referred you to me, this is likely what they meant.
And when you are ready to talk about your goals, your questions, or your next move, I would be glad to help.
