The sellers had other offers and went with mine because of her advice! She also helped me find a fantastic deal from a lender as well. I have had two coworkers use her for multiple home purchases, and I will definitely use her when looking to buy my next home as well. Stacie knows the northern VA market better than anyone I've ever met. She's very objective when reviewing houses and will always point out both good and bad, without being pushy. 10/10 would recommend!!
