Stacie Hennig Davis has guided buyers and sellers across Northern Virginia, including Reston, McLean, Vienna, Great Falls, and Herndon, since 2005. Hers is a personal, referral-based practice. You work directly with Stacie from the first conversation through closing and beyond, never handed off to a team.
A New Jersey native, Stacie moved often as a child, following her father's pharmaceutical career to Ireland, Germany, Puerto Rico, and North Carolina. That firsthand experience of relocating, with all its logistics, stress, and starting over, is exactly why she has become a trusted guide for clients moving to the D.C. area from out of state.
Her passion for real estate sparked during a high school career program at a Raleigh firm, but she first built a foundation in numbers, earning Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from East Carolina University and spending years in consulting at KPMG, PwC, and Accenture. She returned to real estate full-time in 2005 and never looked back. That analytical background is something clients feel directly, in sharp pricing, organized market data, and a steady hand in negotiations.
Above all, Stacie aims to be her clients' trusted advisor before, during, and after the transaction, which is why so much of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
She and her husband, Kirk, live in Reston with their beloved and overly-spoiled yellow Lab, Zac. In her spare time, Stacie loves running the area's trails, exploring new restaurants with Kirk when they're not cooking at home, and traveling whenever they can.
